what if a small kid walks to the cute doggy,
but i dont blame the doggy ,its useally the master that cant control or teach a dog to behave in public .
but in this case the reporter ,should not approach a strange dog without the aproval by the owner of the dog,
the owner is the leader in the dogs eyes you always have to speak to its master first.
