The best way to get out of a thinking frenzy or uncomfortable emotions is to simply step out. Huh? Yes! When you observe yourself you step out of all that stuff. Voila!!! Instant relief!!! In meditation, self observation is the most important and fundamental step. Unfortunately, many self help systems overlook this completely. The idea is to observe your self without judgement. Have you spent years trying to quiet your mind? Okay, let's experience a quiet mind right now.FYI, you can find other meditations and see related reading at http://MeditationVacations.com... .

Also bear in mind, that dreams are real too, while they last. Such is life, it is real until death takes it away. No matter how much the dream screams it is a dream, the dream will never believe it, nor understand it, for only the dreamer who wakes up can know that. The dream sees only itself, and nothing other.Being the dreamer of the dream, or the self within the dream is the thing that matters, which is what this meditation teaches.

the funniest part is that magnetic stimulation comes from the fraudulent "experiments" by mesmer. I love meditation and I'm always open to stuff, but honestly, magnets don't do anything to brains at all. It's purely power of suggestion >_>

observe your feeling such as touch sound thoughts let them disapear. they disappears gradually. Once the senses and thoughts disappear, your mind is open. And you are in deep meditation. That's when you start to gain insight and knowledge of who we really are.

There is no such thing as death! Life is only a dream! And we are the imagination of ourselves

Sounds like you were a protector of the Green life, but for both plants and creaturs.

I had a surreal dream : big foot was in the woods , I looked for him but only saw hostile bulldozers which I fought off as green lantern. Bizarre subconscious!

The weird thing though for me I remember things that make no sence at all. Whether it be the very first thing I dreamt or the last but if it makes no sence at all it sticks to me. Kinda awkward really...

In high school psychology we learned you only remember the REM state prior to waking .However if you recognise something from your dreams it will jog your memory.
